Membership of the Hoppa Club is open to anyone who lives in Waverley and who has a personal transport difficulty. You may have a disability, you may live in a rural area, there may be no convenient public transport near where you live, you may be an older person or too young to be able to drive, you may be a parent with young children, you may not have a car or the car in your family is needed elsewhere. Indeed there may be reasons we haven’t thought of. If you consider you need us then you are probably eligible to join the Hoppa Club.
