Hoppa is appealing for keen cyclists to hop on their bikes to support their satellite navigation (sat nav) project.
Suzy Naughalty, hoppa Trustee has signed up to take part in the Liphook Bike Ride on Sunday 9 June and would like some team mates to support her over the 25-mile course which starts and ends in Liphook. Taking in some beautiful scenery and riding through interesting villages, cyclists are guaranteed to have fun, get fit and raise funds for this great cause.
Funds raised will go towards hoppa’s exciting sat nav project, to install a vehicle navigation system in its fleet of minibuses. With a reliable sat nav system for planning their journeys, drivers will have reduced journey times, lower fuel and maintenance bills and improved environmental sustainability.
Steve Forward, general manager of hoppa explains “Fundraising initiatives such as the Liphook bike ride are brilliant for charities such as hoppa as they help us to raise funds for projects that we would otherwise not be able to embark upon. We wish Suzy a safe bike ride and hope a few more people might decide to join her and help raise money for Hoppa’s sat nav project.”
Any cyclists who are interested in joining Suzy should register by visiting www.liphookbikeride.com and enter the code HCT01 to receive the charity riders’ discount and to ensure hoppa receives a share of the money raised.
